A kiss has been an inspiration for various artists throughout centuries, therefore it has been artistically portrayed many times. In E2RD gallery, jewellery designer Bojana Kovačič Zemljič and illustrator Mojca Krajnc are uniquely interpreting this universal expression of love. The display Kiss, a Bio Feast, once again combines their creative energies and updates the cooperation in project Mokoš.
By using technically experimental approach Mojca Krajnc and Bojana Kovačič Zemljič are crossing the lines of conventional illustration as well as the wearability limits of the jewellery. The combination of four principles: graphic design, jewellery design, spatial installation and re-use of different materials are combined in a mutual manifestation and incorporated into jewellery and art composition.
